Oh Thursday. ...

Well, I didn't sleep well last night so I most certainly didn't want to get out of bed once that alarm clock went off this morning. Kids need a education though so I got up and did what I had to do. For the most part our mornings are super easy, smooth and fast. That is until we get to Giuliana's hair and she cries while I am trying to brush it, jeez that girl has thick long hair.. Time for a cut.. I bring the kids to the bus stop and talk to the other mom there for a few minutes. Today it was freezing out and I only had on my husbands hoodie. Once I got them on the bus I get upstairs and Hubby is already up getting dressed for work. I dread mornings when he has to leave me.. I love Tuesday's and Sunday's because he has off but I HATE Thursdays, they are his late day's and doesn't get home until sometimes 8:30 depending on if they did a full auction that night. It sucks but yanno what it pays the bills and he is a very hard worker for our family. The kids get off the bus around 3:15 and then it's homework time for them. They have been punished for this week from not listening to they can't play in their play room or even color. They were allowed to watch TV but last night they lost that too. It is ok because hopefully it teaches them to listen to what they are being told instead of doing whatever they want to do, which they cannot. There is 5 of them so it is definitely a challenge and we are still looking for the effective discipline actions that help make all of our lives easier. Well I guess I am going to work more on this page I am very pleased with how it has come along so far!! :)
